Two-On-One Personal Training

This program is perfect for a husband and wife or best friends to out together. Two-on-one is a very effective program;however you don’t quite that same attention that one-on-one allows.

It is very effective for someone who is more self motivated that doesn’t quiet require the close attention that one-on-one sessions provide. The best aspect of this program is that it cost less. This program consists of 1 hour sessions, where I work with each of you.

If you come in prepared to do all that is required and work hard, you can achieve the same level of fitness as one-on-one client.
