All of your session will be with me. It is the most costly, it is by far the best and the most effective program I offer. You ensure your highest possiblity of success by allowing me to focus on you and only you.
The bottom line in any fitness program remains the same though -You-the client- has to work all 3 aspects of the plan: nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and weight bearing exercise. You put these three components together and you have a complete fitness program. In a one-on-one setting you will be spoon fed every aspect of the plan making the rate of success very high. I will also try to make the process fun.
